Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- More than 3 years’ experience as a Scrum Master
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a leadership role
- Experience in software development as a Developer/Programmer is preferrable
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proficient in English (written and oral)
- Available to join ASAP
Job Description
- Manage all development processes within the dealership product team
- Facilitating agile & SAFe events
- Monitors team performance metrics (velocity, burn-down charts) to assess progress and identify areas for improvement
- Actively control the quality of products itself that is managed by the product team
- Removing impediments & enhancing productivity
- Identify and remove blockers that slow down the team (dependencies, resource issues).
- Work with other Scrum Masters, RTE, UH, and management to resolve cross-team challenges.
- Encouraging team collaboration & self-organization
