Industry : Consultant - Jakarta
Detail Requirement:
1. Minimum bachelor's degree from a reputable university
2. More than 3 years' experience as a Scrum Master
3. Minimum 2 years' experience in a leadership role
4. Experience in software development as a developer/programmer is preferred
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
6. Proficient in English (written and oral)
Job Desk:
1. Manage all development processes within the dealership product team:
2. Facilitating agile & SAFe events
3. Monitoring team performance metrics (velocity, burn-do charts) to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
4. Actively controlling the quality of products managed by the product team.
5. Removing Impediments & Enhancing Productivity
6. Identifying and removing blockers that slow down the team (dependencies, resource issues).
7. Working with other Scrum Masters, RTE, UH, and management to resolve cross-team challenges
