Hiring: Scrum Master (3-Month Contract | WFO)
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing Agile teams.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Scrum certification (PSM/CSM) is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
• Remove team impediments.
• Coach the team on Agile best practices.
• Monitor sprint progress and support timely delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders.
