Scrum Master Lead
Location: Pulomas, Jakarta

Employment Type: Initial 6-Month Contract (Potential Extension)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Scrum Master Lead to join our team in Pulomas, Jakarta. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, solid experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, and excellent communication abilities to drive effective collaboration across teams.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
Experience in software development as a Developer/Programmer is highly preferred.
Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Willing to work fully onsite at our Pulomas office, Jakarta.
Available to join ASAP.
Contract Details
Initial contract: 6 months
Possible extension based on performance and business requirements
