Deskripsi pekerjaan Scrum Master (DM) PT Indocyber Global Teknologi

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field with 3++ years exprience in Scrum Master
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian
Able to organize and manage Agile scrum ceremonies.
Drive Sprint planning, daily scrum, retrospective meetings etc.
Significant business analysis skills such as requirements understanding and translating it into user stories, giving client demos etc.
Prior knowledge and experience with empirical process control, event based practice, system thinking, negotiation and facilitation.
Prior knowledge and understanding of best Agile method.
Experience in analyzing data to draw business relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
Good understanding of the technology and financial industry
Willing to work Onsite/Hybrid in Jakarta Area
