Key Responsibilities:

• Develop original concepts and ideas for 30–60 second educational videos for children.
• Create complete scripts from the initial idea through final execution, including: Logline, Synopsis, Screenplay/Script, Dialogue.
• Develop educational stories that are simple, engaging, entertaining, and easy for children to understand.
• Conduct research and fact-check information to ensure educational content is accurate and reliable.
• Translate general knowledge topics into compelling and age-appropriate storytelling.
• Apply strong storytelling principles, including character development, plot, conflict, dialogue, pacing, and narrative structure.
• Create scripts with strong hooks and clear storytelling within a short 30–60 second format.
• Develop characters and stories that can be consistently translated into AI-generated visual content.
• Utilize AI tools for scriptwriting, brainstorming, ideation, research assistance, and creative development.
• Collaborate directly with the AI Video Editor to ensure scripts are practical and suitable for AI video production.
• Revise and optimize scripts based on creative direction, production requirements, and feedback.
• Continuously explore new storytelling techniques, children's content trends, and AI-assisted creative workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of professional experience as a Scriptwriter, Screenwriter, Content Writer, or related role.
• Proven experience in film production, educational video production, short film, or other visual storytelling projects.
• Experience creating content specifically for children is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of storytelling and narrative structure.
• Must understand and be able to apply: Character Development, Plot, Conflict, Dialogue, Pacing, Narrative Structure.
• Strong ability to develop a story and communicate an idea effectively within a short 30–60 second format.
• Experienced in conducting research and fact-checking for educational content.
• Must have hands-on experience using AI tools for scriptwriting, brainstorming, and creative ideation.
• Strong understanding of how AI can be incorporated into the creative and content production workflow.
• Excellent English writing skills with strong grammar, vocabulary, and storytelling ability.
• Creative, imaginative, detail-oriented, and highly curious about new ideas and technologies.
• Able to work closely with AI Video Editors and Creative Teams in a fast-paced production environment.
• Able to receive feedback and continuously improve scripts based on creative and production requirements.
• Portfolio is mandatory, preferably demonstrating scripts that have been produced into films, short films, educational videos, animation, or other visual content.
