Job description:
- Actively collaborate with the development team (including on feature length film projects) to flesh out concepts, characters, and story structures.
- Develop versatile scripts tailored for various needs, including feature films, short films, commercials, and other content formats.
- Infuse stories with distinct perspectives, opinions, and voices to deepen the narrative and character dimensions.
- Translate ideas and visual concepts into clear, descriptive writing that is easily interpreted by the art and production teams.
Job requirements:
- Female, with broad insights and a fresh perspective on storytelling.
- Proven experience with a portfolio of works that have been released/aired on commercial platforms.
- Previous experience in a writer's room or development team (experience in feature-length film development is a strong plus).
- Previous experience writing for animated projects is welcomed and considered a plus, though not mandatory.
- Excellent visual understanding and high artistic taste.
- Agile and highly motivated to write for various platforms and story formats (films, short films, commercials, etc.).
Portfolio Requirements :
Candidates must submit a portfolio demonstrating a variety of writing styles, which must include:
Script excerpts or writing samples from works that have been produced or aired.
Written works in other formats, such as short stories, to showcase your writing style and ability to build character depth.
Examples of commercial writing, content, or other alternative formats.
