About the Role
We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented SCM Coordinator to support daily business operations, including supply chain, sales administration, customer enquiries, technical service coordination, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding purchasing, stock replenishment, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, stock accuracy, and replenishment requirements.
- Coordinate warehouse activities, product deliveries, and logistics arrangements.
- Coordinate technical service requests, maintenance schedules, spare parts availability, and customer updates with the technical team.
- Support import and shipment coordination, including related documentation.
- Maintain accurate operational records in ERP system and prepare regular reports.
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical Service, Finance, Warehouse, suppliers, customers, and regional shared services.
- Provide general operational and administrative support as required including handle business enquiries, sales administration, and customer follow-ups.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistic/Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in SCM, purchasing, logistics, sales administration, or operations.
- Experience in F&B, HORECA, FMCG, equipment distribution, or trading is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with Odoo/ERP is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsive, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable responding to customer enquiries and coordinating with commercial and technical colleagues.
