About the Role
Are you passionate about building partnerships and making a real impact in education?
Gentem Indonesia is looking for a School Partnership Executive to expand our network of schools, universities, and educational communities. In this role, you'll build strategic partnerships, organize collaborative programs, and create opportunities that support student acquisition and business growth across our education brands: Wall Street English, GenStar Kids, and INDIES.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain partnerships with schools, universities, educational institutions, and communities.
- Identify new partnership opportunities through networking, outreach, and relationship building.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective partners to introduce Gentem's education solutions.
- Plan and execute school visits, seminars, workshops, education fairs, and partnership events.
- Generate qualified leads and support student acquisition through partnership activities.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Center Operations, and Product teams to ensure successful partnership execution.
- Monitor partnership performance, prepare activity reports, and maintain accurate partnership records.
- Strengthen long-term relationships with partners to create sustainable collaboration opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any major.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Partnership, Business Development, Institutional Relations, Sales, Event Management, or related roles.
- Experience working with schools, universities, education institutions, or communities is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong networking ability with a proactive and target-oriented mindset.
- Well-organized with strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia. English proficiency is a plus.
