🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing activities and brand activation programs to increase brand awareness and generate prospective student leads.
- Organize and manage school events, including open houses, education fairs, workshops, school visits, and community engagement activities.
- Conduct school tours and present the school's programs, facilities, and value propositions to prospective parents and students.
- Build and maintain relationships with communities, partner institutions, companies, and relevant government stakeholders to create collaboration opportunities.
- Identify and develop new lead generation channels through networking, partnerships, and outreach initiatives.
- Represent the school at external events and meetings as a brand ambassador and key point of contact.
- Coordinate event logistics, vendors, promotional materials, timelines, budgets, and post-event evaluations to ensure smooth execution.
- Collaborate with social media and creative vendors to execute content production and ensure marketing materials align with campaign objectives and brand messaging.
- Gather market insights and feedback from prospective customers to support future marketing strategies and initiatives.
🔎 Quallifications
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH IS A MUST!
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Brand Activation, Event Marketing, Sales, School Marketing, or similar roles.
- Experienced in planning and executing events, roadshows, open houses, exhibitions, and other offline marketing activities.
- Confident in presenting and explaining programs to prospective parents, students, communities, and external stakeholders.
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with communities, institutions, and government partners.
- Proven ability to generate leads and identify partnership opportunities through outreach initiatives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiar with coordinating with vendors and external parties for event execution and marketing content production.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, when required for events and school activities.
