Deskripsi pekerjaan School Liaison and Project Officer Generation Educators (GenEd)
Are you a passionate educator with a background in teaching or a strong interest in the education sector?
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as a Part-Time Project Officer & School Liaison in Central Java (Semarang City, Semarang Regency, and Kendal Area).
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end implementation of GenEd projects in Central Java (Semarang City, Semarang Regency, and Kendal Area), ensuring smooth execution and meaningful impact.
- Assist in the initiation and coordination of the program, including communication with stakeholders and supporting the process leading to the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Regional Education Office (Dinas Pendidikan).
- Facilitate online and offline training sessions, school consultations, and program implementation based on GenEd's curriculum and framework.
- Represent GenEd in Central Java by building and maintaining relationships with schools, the Regional Education Office (Dinas Pendidikan), and other relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, provide field updates, and support reporting and documentation.
Requirements
- Background in teaching and a good understanding of the education sector.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in Bahasa Jawa is an advantage.
- Passionate about improving education and creating meaningful impact.
- Available to work on a project basis from August to mid-September, approximately 20–25 hours per week, in a hybrid arrangement that includes on-site visits to state and private vocational schools in Semarang City, Semarang Regency, and Kendal Area.
