Mutiara Harapan Islamic School is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible Secondary School Admin Staff to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the Secondary School division.
- Manage student, teacher, and school-related administrative records.
- Prepare letters, reports, schedules, and other school documents.
- Assist with student attendance, academic administration, and school activities.
- Coordinate communication between teachers, students, parents, and management.
- Maintain accurate and well-organized physical and digital files.
- Support the Secondary School leadership team with daily administrative tasks.
- Handle other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Administration, Management, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in school administration or a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented with good document management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Experience working in a school environment or with Cambridge Curriculum is preferred.
- Available to join by early November 2026.
- Able to work full-time and onsite.
