We are a division that bridges sales to customers, or Customer Success (CS) to Customers. Not only scheduling, we also supervise scheduling from KB sent until installation is complete, and also supervise maintenance from CS ordering until maintenance is complete.
Requirements :
- Woman / Man max. 30 years old
- Scheduler must manage the technician's schedule for new installations or maintenance. And available to confirm sales or customers orders as soon as possible
- Bachelors Degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often prefered, although not always required.
- Be familiar with productivity tools provided by Google as part of the Google Workspace, and Microsoft office, on the other hand, includes applications like microsoft word, excel, power point.
- Must make daily reports
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for a scheduler, as this role requires interaction with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Be able to control emotions, and be polite with everyone, especially to customers, and colleagues.
- Initiative, innovative and creative.
- Must have own Handphone and Laptop.
