Saudi Handling Officer

PT Almiqat Indonesia Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated and strong individual to join our team as:

SAUDI HANDLING OFFICER / GROUND HANDLING OFFICER (SAUDI)

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle and assist pilgrims (Umrah/Hajj) during their stay in Saudi Arabia

• Manage on-ground operations (arrival, hotel check-in, transportation, departure)

• Resolve issues and emergencies (lost items, complaints, special requests)

• Coordinate with local vendors (hotel, transport, mutawwif, visa providers)

• Ensure smooth execution of group operations and schedules

• Act as company representative in Saudi Arabia

Requirements:

• Male, physically and mentally fit

• Strong personality, firm, and able to handle pressure

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Able to speak English (mandatory) and preferably Arabic

• Experience in Umrah/Hajj operations is a strong advantage

• Willing to be based in Saudi Arabia (Makkah/Madinah)

• Able to work flexible hours and handle emergency situations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in ground handling / travel operations

• Strong negotiation and coordination skills

• Leadership mindset and responsibility
