Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation or support.
- Experience working with HR business processes and HRIS applications.
- Experience in requirement gathering and functional documentation.
Technical & Functional Skills
- Good understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Strong knowledge of Employee Central (EC) is preferred.
- Understanding of HR processes such as employee lifecycle, organizational management, job information, employee movement, and termination.
- Experience preparing BRD, FRD, Functional Specifications, and process flow documentation.
- Knowledge of Fit-Gap Analysis and SAP configuration.
- Understanding of workflow configuration and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
- Experience with SIT, UAT, and defect management.
- Understanding of integration between SAP SuccessFactors and other HR or ERP systems.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Good documentation skills.
- Able to conduct workshops and discussions with HR stakeholders.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a project team.
