Responsibilities:
- As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications that meet business process and application requirements.
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across various teams. Advanced proficiency in Requirements Definition is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Application Design is recommended.
- Requirements Analysis proficiency at an advanced level is suggested.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements to ensure accurate application design
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions
- Lead design reviews and provide recommendations for enhancements
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement"
