Job Description:
- Analyze business requirements related to Human Resources and Payroll processes, and translate them into functional SAP S/4HANA HR Payroll solutions.
- Configure and maintain SAP S/4HANA Human Capital Management (HCM) Payroll modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll.
- Perform payroll configuration, including Wage Types, Payroll Schema, Personnel Calculation Rules (PCR), Payroll Functions, Payroll Features, and Payroll Control Records.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including payroll simulation, payroll execution, off-cycle payroll, retroactive payroll, and payroll reconciliation.
- Configure payroll components such as salaries, overtime, allowances, bonuses, deductions, tax calculations, BPJS contributions, leave, attendance, and statutory compliance.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify process improvements, and recommend SAP best practices.
- Analyze and resolve SAP HR Payroll issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide functional support for incidents and change requests.
- Support payroll period closing, month-end, and year-end payroll activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
- Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, upgrade, and support projects following Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Ensure all HR and Payroll processes comply with company policies, statutory regulations, and audit requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an SAP HR Payroll Consultant, SAP HCM Consultant, or SAP Payroll Functional Consultant.
- Proven hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP S/4HANA HR Payroll modules.
- Experience in payroll configuration, including Payroll Schema, Wage Types, Personnel Calculation Rules (PCR), Payroll Functions, Payroll Features, and Payroll Control Records.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes, including payroll simulation, payroll execution, retroactive payroll, off-cycle payroll, payroll posting, and payroll reconciliation.
- Experience integrating SAP HR Payroll with other SAP modules such as SAP FI/CO, Time Management, and SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage.
