JOB DESCRIPTION :
• Do configuration, testing, and implementattion of SAP FI&CO module to align with business requirements and operational workflows.
• Analyze and optimize financial and accouting across various function (asset, production, project, cost control, sales) and ensuring SAP solution enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Work closely with the FnA Dept, Logistic teams, Mining teams, AMG and other business units to gather requirements, analist maintenance process and align SAP Solutions with organizational goals.
REQUIREMENTS :
• Bachelor’s degree, preference form Information Technology, Financial / Accounting or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years in SAP Finance (Fi&CO), with hands-on FI & CO Module Experience, with experience integration process and basic knowledge to other modules such as MM, PS, SD, PM and PP.
• Experience for Project Implentation & Roll-out and Support flow process.
• Tehnical Skills:
o SAP S/4HANA Experience (especially FI&CO, with integration or basic knowledge Logistics)
o Configuration and integration across modules
o Functional Specification writing, testing, timeline project and support.
• Soft Skills:
o Strong communication and documentation abilities
o Detail-oriented with a focus on data integrity
o Ability to work crossss-functionally with teams like SCM, Asset Management, Mining (Production) & Warehouse
