Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions that align with client needs and business objectives.
- Configure, customize, and optimize SAP FICO modules based on project requirements and SAP best practices.
- Lead workshops, fit-gap analysis sessions, and solution discussions with clients and stakeholders.
- Develop functional specifications and support technical teams during development activities.
- Manage testing activities, including SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.
- Provide post-implementation support and recommend process improvements.
- Guide and support junior consultants throughout project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
- Proven experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation project.
- Strong expertise in SAP FICO (FI & CO) configuration and customization.
- Solid understanding of Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) business processes.
- Having SAP certification is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated initiative, learning agility, and ability to work independently.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
