Job Description
- Implement, configure, and maintain SAP FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling) modules according to business requirements.
- Analyze business processes and translate financial requirements into effective SAP solutions.
- Perform SAP FICO configuration, customization, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Manage and support SAP FI modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
- Manage CO modules, including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.
- Collaborate with finance, accounting, IT, and other business teams to identify process improvements.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers for enhancements and integrations.
- Conduct system testing, integration testing, UAT, and support issue resolution.
- Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
- Support SAP integration with other modules such as MM, SD, PP, and HR.
- Monitor system performance and ensure SAP FICO processes comply with company policies and financial regulations.
- Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and upgrade projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–5+ years of experience working as an SAP FICO Consultant or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SAP FI and CO business processes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP FICO configuration and implementation.
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles.
- Experience with SAP integration with MM, SD, PP, or other SAP modules is a plus.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Finance is preferred.
- Experience in SAP implementation, migration, upgrade, or support projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- SAP FICO certification is a plus.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal.
