Deskripsi pekerjaan SAP CONSULTANT (B1/HANA) PT Casa Decorindo
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation & Configuration: Lead end-to-end SAP Business One / HANA implementations (SQL / HANA), from business requirement gathering (blueprint), system configuration, to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Business Process Analysis: Analyze and map business processes (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production) into SAP B1 / HANA best-practice standards.
- Development & Customization: Develop custom reports/dashboards using Query Generator, Crystal Reports, and SAP B1 / HANA Analytics, as well as design add-ons or integrations using SAP B1 / HANA SDK (DI-API, Service Layer).
- Support & Troubleshooting: Provide advanced functional and technical support (L2/L3) to end-users and resolve system/data issues in a timely manner.
- Performance: Monitored system performance and supported continuous process improvement.
- Training & Documentation: Led UAT (User Acceptance Testing) resolved functional issues before go-live and Prepare technical documentation (User Manuals, Functional Specifications) and conduct training sessions for key users and end-users.
- System Integration: Manage integrations between SAP B1 / HANA and third-party applications (e-Commerce, POS, WMS, Payroll, or Tax Portals etc).
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1/S2) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5–10 years of experience as an SAP B1 / HANA Functional / Techno-Functional Consultant (with involvement in at least 2–3 full-lifecycle implementations).
- Module Knowledge: In-depth understanding of core SAP B1 / HANA modules: Financials, Logistics, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, & Production.
- Strong proficiency in MS SQL Server and/or SAP B1 / HANA databases (writing Stored Procedures, Views, Modelling, & Transaction Notifications).
- Hands-on experience with Crystal Reports, Formatted Search (FMS), and B1i Framework / Service Layer.
- Experience in C# / .NET programming for Add-On development is a strong plus.
- Certification: Official SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Business One certification is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
