About the Role
Nauticus Global Services is currently looking for a skilled SAP ABAP Specialist Consultant to support ongoing SAP implementation and enhancement projects. We are seeking professionals who are passionate about SAP development, capable of delivering high-quality technical solutions, and able to collaborate closely with functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and enhance SAP programs using ABAP
- Perform development for Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows
- Design and develop ALV Reports, SmartForms, SAP Scripts
- Work on BAPI, BADI, User Exit, Enhancement Framework
- Develop and maintain RFC, IDoc, and integration programs
- Support SAP functional consultants during implementation and rollout phases
- Perform debugging, testing, and performance optimization
- Prepare technical documentation and development standards
- Provide production support and issue resolution
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years experience as SAP ABAP Consultant / Developer
- Strong experience in:
- ABAP OO Programming
- Debugging & Performance Tuning
- Enhancements & Modifications
- Interfaces & Integration
- Experience working with multiple SAP modules (FICO, MM, SD, or others is a plus)
3. Good understanding of SAP business processes
4.Experience in SAP implementation or rollout projects
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Able to work independently and in a team environment
7. Immediate joiner preferred (1–2 weeks notice acceptable)
