SAP ABAP Consultant

Nauticus Global Services (NGS) is looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant to join our team and support the development, enhancement, implementation, and maintenance of SAP solutions.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for an SAP ABAP professional who combines strong technical development skills with practical experience in SAP implementation and configuration. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling RICEF development, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and working closely with functional and business stakeholders.

This role is suitable for an experienced SAP ABAP professional with strong hands-on expertise in RICEF development and experience working on SAP implementation and configuration activities.

Job Responsibilities :

• Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP applications using ABAP.
• Handle RICEF development, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective SAP ABAP solutions.
• Participate in SAP implementation, configuration, and enhancement projects.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of ABAP programs.
• Support SAP applications during Go-Live and post-Go-Live activities.
• Identify and resolve technical issues in existing SAP applications.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and other technical teams to deliver SAP solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.
• Ensure developed solutions meet technical standards, business requirements, and project timelines.

Requirements :

1. Minimum 5 years and maximum 10 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
2. Strong hands-on experience in ABAP RICEF development.
3. Proven experience in SAP implementation and configuration activities.
4. Good understanding of SAP technical architecture and ABAP development practices.
5. Experience in developing and supporting Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
7. Good communication and collaboration skills.
8. Good English proficiency, both written and verbal.
9. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with functional and technical teams.
10. Available to join immediately is highly preferred.
