We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salon Manager for Aarti Wellness & Beauty's new outlet in Menteng, to oversee daily operations, lead our team, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership, customer service, and operational management skills to help us achieve business goals and maintain service excellence.

- Supervise, motivate, and train staff including stylists, therapists, and front office team.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and handle guest feedback professionally.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, promotions, and packages to boost sales.
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and ensure proper stock management.
- Oversee scheduling, staff performance, and operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Salon Manager.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of salon or spa services, products, and current beauty/wellness trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Flexible to work on weekends and holidays if required.
