Company Description
PT ALLID is a company that is primarily involved in providing innovative and comprehensive AIDC (Automatic Identification and Data Collection) solutions for various industries. We have developed an integrated suite of AIDC solutions for ID-based tracking and smartcard solutions called Pesona.
Role Description
The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and prospecting potential clients, managing the sales process, developing customer relationships, and achieving designated sales targets. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales reports, providing client feedback to the team, and staying up-to-date with industry trends to offer informed solutions to customers. The role requires collaboration with the team to drive business growth and ensure client satisfaction.
This is a full-time, Hybrid role for a Salesperson, located in Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), sales prospecting, and negotiation.
- Understanding of business development, market analysis, and strategic sales planning.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines while providing high-quality service.
- Familiarity with sales tools and software.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working indpendently or within a team.
