1. Minimum 5 years of experience in the textile or garment industry ( underwear & active wear )
2. Proven experiance in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development within The Garment Industry.
3. Ability to Identify, Approach & Develop New Buyers and Business Opportunities.
4. Strong Network with Local and International buyers is Preferred.
5. Strong Understanding of Garment Products, Maket Trends, and Customer Requirements.
6. Strong Negotiation, Communication & Relationship-Building Skills.
7. Ability to prepare Sales Proposals, Presentations, anda Business Quotations.
8. Target-oriented, Proactive, Persuasive & able to Work Independently.
9. Profesional apperance, Posistive attitude & Strong sense of Responsibility.
