Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Male Sales Representative to join our team in PIK, Jakarta.
The candidate will be responsible for:
Communicating with customers and understanding their needs.
Introducing and explaining products to potential customers.
Conducting negotiations with customers.
Maintaining good relationships with existing and potential customers.
Following up on sales opportunities and achieving sales targets.
Earning additional commission based on successful sales performance.
Representing the company professionally when meeting customers.
Requirements
Male, currently pursuing a college/university degree or a fresh graduate.
Preferably majoring in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Good command of English, both verbal and written.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Confident and comfortable meeting and communicating with customers.
Strong interest in sales and business development.
Target-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
Previous sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
