Qualifications
Fluent in English (Australian client-facing role).
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience.
Friendly, confident, and self-motivated.
Strong communication and networking skills.
Computer literate (CRM experience is a plus).
Additional languages (Mandarin, Cantonese, etc.) are a plus.
Logistics industry knowledge is advantageous.
Onsite placement in Jakarta or Solo.
Duties and Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients and decision-makers.
Outbound Prospecting: Conduct phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and social media outreach.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, and follow-ups.
Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings for Business Development Managers.
Sales Support: Assist with quotations, proposals, and customer follow-ups.
Client Relationship Management: Support existing clients and encourage repeat business.
Marketing Support: Contribute to campaigns and promotional activities.
