SALES

Job Description:

- Find, contact, and acquire new partners (approach, follow-up, deal)

- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPI targets

- Acquire new partners through community, referrals, relationships, social media, or direct communication with nearby stores/counters (according to individual preferences)

- Report work results periodically

Requirements:

- Experienced in sales with excellent communication skills

- experienced in ppob sales like payfazz , murapay are preferred

- Familiar with CRM, Agile tools, and PM Integrated

- Target-oriented and able to work independently

- Willing to learn and grow in sales

- Actively work to achieve a maximum of 30 partners deal /month

Commission and Benefits:

- Daily salary of IDR 5,000/daily, with a requirement to list/approach max until make a deals (but deal/daily not mandatory , without daily limits (just as a commitment to work)

- Weekly incentive of IDR 5,000 per activated partner

- Additional 5 of point cshback BisaDagang for each activated partner you reach

- Extra bonus of up to IDR 300,000 if 80 partners/month are achieved, excluding daily salary and other incentives

- Unlimited earnings based on performance

- Remote and flexible work arrangement – work from anywhere
