Job Description:
- Promote and explain treatments and products to clients
- Follow up leads and manage client appointments
- Build good relationships with local and international clients
- Achieve clinic sales targets
- Assist with upselling treatments and memberships
- Handle client inquiries via WhatsApp, DM, and walk-ins
- Coordinate with therapists and the operations team to ensure excellent service
- Prepare simple sales reports
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, beauty, or aesthetic clinics is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident with strong closing skills
- Able to speak English actively is a plus
- Target-oriented and able to work in a team
- Familiar with social media and customer handling
