Sales Trucking (Freight Forwarding)
We are seeking a motivated and results driven Sales Trucking professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting trucking and land transportation services to achieve sales targets and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for trucking and land transportation services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare and present service proposals, quotations, and pricing based on customer requirements.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales agreements.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth service execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer activity updates.
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales within the Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Transportation, or Trucking industry.
- Strong knowledge of trucking services, land transportation, and logistics operations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
