Sales Trader

Our trading infrastructure relies on strong relationships with exchanges and liquidity partners, while our fiat on/off-ramp operates through banks and payment gateways. Our user acquisition efforts are further amplified through KOLs, remisiers, communities, and co-marketing partners.

As a Sales Trader, you will lead and oversee Over-the-Counter (OTC) trading activities, ensuring seamless trade execution for clients, compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, and proactive management of market and counterparty risks. You will also drive client engagement and develop trading strategies to optimize trading performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and execute OTC transactions with precision and efficiency, leveraging deep market insight.
2. Monitor market trends and analyze trading data to optimize timing, pricing, and execution strategies.
3. Collaborate with traders, portfolio managers, and risk teams to ensure seamless trade lifecycle management.
4. Oversee real-time tracking and recording of OTC transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
5. Utilize advanced trade recording systems to maintain a comprehensive and auditable transaction history.
6. Ensure data integration across systems through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
7. Act as a key point of contact for clients during the onboarding process for OTC services.
8. Provide expert guidance on required documentation and compliance requirements.
9. Foster strong, trust-based relationships with clients by offering proactive support and timely resolution of inquiries.
10. Lead and mentor junior sales traders, promoting a high-performance, client-focused culture.
11. Drive continuous improvement in OTC trading processes, technology, and client service delivery.
12. Contribute to strategic initiatives to expand OTC capabilities and enhance market competitiveness.
13. Other tasks as assigned

Requirement

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Accounting, Finance.
2. Fresh graduate in Mathematics, Accounting, or a related field.
3. Comfort with numbers, Attention to details & able to do multitasking.
4. Proficient in using cutting-edge recording and documentation tools for transaction management.
5. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and make informed decisions on transaction execution.
6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear guidance to clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
7. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changes in market conditions and client needs.
8. Fluent in English.
