Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a small sales team
- Monitor team performance to achieve targets
- Drive new membership sales and improve conversion rates
- Provide guidance, motivation, and performance evaluations
- Prepare and report sales results to management
- Develop strategies to improve sales and customer engagement
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales or a team leader role (preferably in service/membership industry)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Professional English communication skills
- Target-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Additional Requirement: Willing to be placed in North Jakarta (Pantai Indah Kapuk / Kelapa Gading)
