As the Sales Manager and Sales Team Leader at PT. Bahana Ocot Sejahtera, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and managing a team of sales professionals. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with potential clients, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets. You will also be involved in sales planning and operations, providing insights to improve sales processes, and mentoring your team members to enhance their skills and performance.
We are seeking candidates who hold an Associate Degree and have between 1 to 3 years of experience in sales roles, preferably within the B2B sector.
