Summary
Golden Owl Solutions is looking for a dynamic Sales Support with a growth mindset and result-oriented attitude to join our international business team. In this role, you will play a key part in building relationships with international businesses, and developing a pipeline of potential clients for the company’s IT Solutions and Digital Marketing services.

Your Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and documentation support for the Business Development (BD) team (contracts, quotations, proposals, and other sales documents)
- Update and maintain sales-related documents, including proposals and internal working files
- Manage and keep CRM up to date, ensuring accurate tracking of contacts, deals, and sales activities
- Track, update, and manage sales pipeline data and generate periodic reports (weekly/monthly)
- Conduct market and competitor research, and prepare summary reports to support sales strategy
- Handle and process deals from existing partners: monitor progress, update status, and support documentation completion
- Support partnership management by coordinating with current partners and maintaining relationships
- Follow up on leads assigned by the BOD, ensuring timely updates and proper handling
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations
- Support other ad-hoc administrative tasks for the sales team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- At least 6 months of experience in Sales Admin / Sales Support or similar roles
- Good communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Experience using CRM (HubSpot or similar) and sales support tools.
- Ability to build client relationships and develop business opportunities.
