Responsibilities
- Actively do telesales / telemarketing activity to approach & build relationship with customers
- Handle all administrative tasks in sales & strategy division
- Create and update company pitch deck materials
- Able to do sales activity within shifts (8-10hrs work)
- Facilitate client feedback and provide after-sales support
- Support to prepare commercial agreements
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing partners
- Conduct research to identify potential new leads or ways to improve revenue from customers
- Collaborate with operations and product teams to improve our offerings and meet or even exceed customer expectations
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 0-1 year of Sales Support / Customer Service experience in Daycare / Education industry
- Proven experience in handling customer requirements & have success story in selling. Not required but is highly advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in business or relevant field
- Outgoing and go-getter personality; able to work independently, creatively and relentlessly to achieve targets
- Confident and experienced in presenting to customers / decision makers
- Is deeply passionate about our social mission
