Deskripsi pekerjaan Sales Support Staff PT Social Bella Indonesia

Kualifikasi:

Minimal pendidikan SMA/SMK
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1-2 tahun di posisi yang relevan, seperti di bidang Finance/Proses Order Distribusi/Admin Sales
Memiliki kemampuan analisa data yang baik, terbiasa melakukan pengolahan data dalam jumlah besar dan detail-oriented
Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPt), serta terbiasa bekerja dengan akses sistem/Web
Bersedia ditempatkan di Homebase : Denpasar/Bogor/Yogyakarta/Solo/Semarang

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:

Melakukan pengecekan PO via web dan input Order
Melakukan konfirmasi Sales Order melalui sistem
Melakukan input data PO untuk subdistrubutor
Membantu dalam administrasi PO untuk proses pengiriman barang
Melakukan filling untuk pengarsipan dokumen seperti NOO, invoice, PO, voucher klaim
Membuat daftar tagihan ke salesman, serta menerima hasil tagihan dan melakukan follow up ke tim finance untuk verifikasi data
Melakukan proses tukar faktur
Melakukan dan monitoring proses pairing A/R dan SKP
Melakukan monitoring terkait dokumen pengiriman retur dari Supervisor Logistik
Membuat laporan pengeluaran biaya dari petty-cash
Melakukan pengajuan top up petty cash, serta melakukan stock opname terkait invoice dan petty-cash
