Job Description:
- Assist in import/export administration (document coordination, shipment follow-up, etc.)
- Prepare and monitor Purchase Orders (PO) for distributors and partners
- Handle administrative documents and filing
- Manage scheduling, coordination, meetings, and follow-ups
- Support reporting and tracking activities
- Assist daily operational and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (excel) / Google Workspace
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Fast learner and responsible
- Good at English
