Requirements :
- Min 1 year experience and skills in E-commerce platform operations (such as shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia and TikTok shop, etc)
- Bachelor Degree in any Major
- Familiar with E-commerce operation tools and platform functions
- Good product management and data analysis skills
- Good Communication and coordination
- Have Innovative thinking and problem solving skills
Job Desc :
- Support, manage and handle online stores and optimizing the customer experience
- Controlling price and promotion of online platforms and creating content, banner, advertising and other materials to promote online promotion and campaign
- Handling 70% Ecommerce - 30% Sales executive role
- Monitoring the price and promotion of competitor and working closely with the marketing team
- Cooperating with the marketing team to setup and design new ads and promotions online
- Improving quality traffic acquisition and sales revenue
- Analyzing data and key performance indicators to understand market trends and develop plans to improve performance
- Handle operating jobs for the brands official store in Tokopedia, shopee, etc
