- Memimpin tim penjualan: Melatih, memotivasi, dan mengevaluasi kinerja tim.
- Membuat strategi penjualan: Menganalisis pasar, menetapkan target, dan membuat rencana aksi.
- Membangun hubungan dengan pelanggan: Menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan penting.
- Menganalisis data penjualan: Mengukur kinerja tim dan membuat laporan.
- Pendidikan minimal S1
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang yang sama
- Mempunyai kemampuan pemecahan masalah yang
- Mahir dalam Microsoft Office (terutama excel)
- Memiliki strategic selling yang baik
