PT Aneka Sakti Bakti (ASABA Group), a leading national distributor, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead and develop sales activities for our Niimbot Label Printer products, focusing on Business-to-Business (B2B) sales in the Hospitality and Retail sectors.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective B2B sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.
- Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities in the Hospitality, Education, Retail industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, business partners, and existing customers.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct market research and identify business opportunities, customer needs, and market trends.
- Prepare sales forecasts, monitor sales performance, and provide regular reports to management.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key accounts and corporate clients.
- Negotiate business proposals, pricing, and sales agreements to maximize business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales Project, Sales Supervisor, Sales B2B, Account Manager, Account Executive, Sales IT
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the Hospitality, Telecomunication, Education, Retail, or related industries.
- Experience in B2G (Business-to-Government) sales will be a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of business development, sales strategies, and key account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Willing to travel for business purposes when required.
