SALES SUPERVISOR – AUTOMOTIVE

Are you a driven sales leader with strong analytical skills and a passion for the automotive industry?
Honda is looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor who is ready to lead the sales team, drive business performance, and achieve ambitious sales targets.
What You’ll Do
* Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
* Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase sales performance.
* Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities and performance.
* Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide actionable business insights.
* Track team KPIs, evaluate individual performance, and identify areas for improvement.
* Develop sales team capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and regular evaluations.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
* Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a Supervisor-level position.
* Preferably from the automotive (4-wheel vehicle) or banking industry.
* Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially Pivot Tables and data analysis.
* Experienced in managing, processing, and interpreting sales data.
* Highly motivated, hardworking, proactive, and target-oriented.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Owns a personal vehicle and is willing to work in the field when required.
* Able to work under pressure and meet challenging targets.
* Willing to be placed in Lampung.
