Job Description
- Lead and develop the Sales Team to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor team performance and implement improvement strategies.
- Expand reseller, distributor, optical store, and B2B partnership networks.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Execute sales programs and collaborate with Marketing to maximize business growth.
- Prepare sales reports and provide strategic recommendations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor, preferably in Beauty, Retail, or FMCG.
- Proven experience leading a sales team and achieving sales targets.
- Strong networking and B2B business development skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and willing to travel for business visits.
- Good English communication skills will be an advantage.
