Job Descriptions:
- implement area development strategies to achieve company objectives (coverage, active outlet, sales, #partners, etc)
- build & maintain relationship with current & prospective distributors in their area
- make sure emos implementation run well in distributors under their coverage
- supervising & reviewing EBR (Emos Business Representative) work
Qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor Degree of Economy, Science and any related Major
- minimum 3 years experince as area sales manager / head of area
- have a professional background from pharmacy / otc / dairy industry preferred
- ability to manage both internal & external relationship
- ability to identify issues & area for improvement through analysis
- have a good leadership & excellent executor

Kalau di kontrak PKWT karyawan diperbolehkan mengundurkan diri apakah akan tetap dapat penalty jika resign sebelum kontrak habis?
