Deskripsi pekerjaan Sales Supervisor (experienced SPV Sales F&B) - Banjarmasin PT Sinergi Performa Cipta
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B and/or FMCG sales.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor in an F&B/FMCG company.
- Experienced in sales supervisor to GT/MT
- Experienced as Sales Supervisor who led minimum 3 salesmen/sales team cover GT/MT
- Experienced in covering area of South and Central Kalimantan and willing to cover both areas.
- Valid driver’s license (SIM A).
Responsibilities:
- Visit and manage target Distribution Centers (DCs) in the assigned area.
- Check stock availability and resolve area-related issues, such as store stock levels, product displays, pricing, etc.
- Propose and execute local promotions and report the results.
- Share company strategies and national promotional plans with sales staff and exclusive distributors.
- Develop new outlets and distribution channels.
- Train and guide sales staff, while monitoring their performance.
