Role Description
The Sales Supervisor Console (LCL) at PT. Milenial Solusi Internusa is a full-time, on-site role based in North Jakarta. The role is responsible for supervising day-to-day LCL sales activities, including monitoring sales performance, coordinating with the operations team, and ensuring customer commitments are met. The Sales Supervisor will oversee the sales console team, allocate workloads, and support team members in achieving targets. This position involves maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales reports, and providing accurate pricing and service information. The role also includes conducting regular briefings and training sessions, ensuring adherence to company policies, and collaborating with management to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, forecast trends, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Team Management and Training skills to lead, coach, and develop sales staff effectively.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Communication skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain professional client interactions.
- Candidates should possess basic knowledge of LCL logistics or freight forwarding, with prior experience in sales or supervision preferred.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in using office software (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM tools), strong organizational skills, and the ability to work on-site in North Jakarta.
- Candidates should possess at least a relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
