Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing / technical sales or Fresh graduated in Civil Engineering are welcome.
- Able to speak English is a must
- Experience handling construction or building material products is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and target-oriented
- Presentable, confident, and professional
- Willing to attend client-related activities, including those involving alcohol consumption (preferable)
- Mandarin proficiency is a plus (additional incentive provided)
- Familiar with various derivative construction materials/products
Job description :
- Conduct sales activities to promote and sell company products (B2B/B2C)
- Identify and acquire new customers (prospecting & canvassing)
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Deliver product presentations and handle negotiations with clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company
- Prepare regular sales reports
- Willing to attend client meetings and entertainment sessions (including flexible working hours when required)
