SALES STAFF

Full Time (3-months probation)

JOB SPECIFICATION

Handle across e-commerce & WhatsApp chats to drive conversion while staying helpful.
Guide conversations by understanding customer needs and giving product recommendations.
Follow up on unfinished inauiries and ensure case continuity until resolved.
Manage basic e-commerce operations during campaigns (storefront, promo, basic ads).
Monitor Shopee / TikTok Shop / Tokopedia campaigns and report kev actions.
Collect customer feedback, log daily insights, and provide weekly reports.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience in e-commerce admin /CS / sales support (fresh grads welcome).
Strong writing and communication skills.
Able to work systematically, detail-oriented, and consistent in follow-ups.
Familiar with Google Sheets.
Understand basic e-commerce operations and website storefronts.
Disciplined. responsible. communicative. and emotionally composed.
