Roles and Responsibilities:
- Effectively present, promote, and sell products and services to current and potential customers
- Collaborate across departments to improve customer service and support for clients
- Develop and nurture strong, positive relationships with both business partners and customers
- Swiftly resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure maximum satisfaction
- Closely monitor and follow up on all key projects to ensure successful outcomes
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by management
- Ensure all sales activities comply with local, regional, and international laws and regulations, including trade and customs regulations
- Fulfill all other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Prior knowledge of footwear and textile manufacturing is mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
- Proficiency in both Indonesian and English is mandatory; additional proficiency in Chinese is advantageous and aligns with business requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem analysis skills, with the ability to effectively identify and address challenges
