Deskripsi pekerjaan Sales Staff PT Cosmo Manufacturing Indonesia

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Effectively present, promote, and sell products and services to current and potential customers
  • Collaborate across departments to improve customer service and support for clients
  • Develop and nurture strong, positive relationships with both business partners and customers
  • Swiftly resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure maximum satisfaction
  • Closely monitor and follow up on all key projects to ensure successful outcomes
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by management
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with local, regional, and international laws and regulations, including trade and customs regulations
  • Fulfill all other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Prior knowledge of footwear and textile manufacturing is mandatory
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
  • Proficiency in both Indonesian and English is mandatory; additional proficiency in Chinese is advantageous and aligns with business requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem analysis skills, with the ability to effectively identify and address challenges
