Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Staff professional who will be responsible for prospecting and following up with leads, conducting consultations, preparing and sending proposals, and maintaining positive relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with leads from our website database and landing pages.
- Maintain accurate lead records and regularly update lead information and status.
- Conduct consultation meetings with leads to identify their needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare and send proposals to prospective clients.
- Follow up with clients and leads throughout the sales process.
- Provide excellent client care and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Respond to client questions, concerns, and requests in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
- Coordinate and manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.
Requirements
- Good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Strong sales prospecting and follow-up skills.
- Ability to communicate information clearly, confidently, and persuasively.
- Good customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and address client concerns.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and data entry, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good product knowledge and basic professional email communication skills.
- Able to multitask, manage priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
